Covid 19

Our top priority is the health and well being of both staff and clients. To ensure that we are doing our utmost to help stop the spread of infection we have made some additions to our already stringent hygiene measures.
  • All clients entering the salon will be asked to sanitise their hands and to wear a face covering. If you do not have one, then we would be happy to provide you with a disposable face mask for your visit.
  • There will never be more than one client and one therapist in the salon at any one time due to it's size.
  • We will be following government advice and guidelines as to what treatments are currently deemed 'safe' to offer. This will be updated regularly as new guidelines are released and restrictions lifted.
  • Sufficient time will be left between appointments to allow for all surfaces and tools to be disinfected.
  • Therapists will sanitise their hands, change their gloves and wear a fresh face mask for each client.
  • All linens will be boil washed and fresh ones used for each new client. (This is of course, already standard practice).
  •  If you feel unwell, we ask that you contact us to re-arrange your appointment for when you are feeling better.
  • Names, addresses and contact numbers will be required for all clients in the unlikely event that track and trace may be needed.
  • We have also undergone extra Covid 19 specific hygiene training.
If you have any further questions or concerns over our hygiene or sanitation methods, please don't hesitate to ask. We'll be happy to reassure you.
